What is the "Solstice Guarantee" Return policy?
- Your satisfaction is our success. Our return policy is simple. Every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will issue a refund on merchandise that is returned with the original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.

How do I return an item?

1. Call Solstice at 541.647.3795
2. A return authorization number will be issued.
3. Write the RA number on the outside of the parcel and provide a note with your desired outcome inside the parcel.
   
4. You pay for shipping back to us. We advise on choosing the cheapest shipping method possible.
   
5. Once received at our warehouse, you will be refunded for your original purchase price less a 10% Restocking Fee.

What if I want to Exchange item for a different size, or color?
- Exchanges are welcome within 7 days of receiving your order. You pay for shipping to us, and we offer Free Shipping back to you. No restocking fees! Call us to set-up an exchange at 541.647.3795

What happens if I try to return an item after the 7 day return period?
- Solstice does not accept returns after this 7 day period.

Do you accept returns for International Orders?
- We do NOT accept returns for International orders. All International orders are final.

What is your Holiday Shopping Return Policy?
- For all domestic orders placed between November 26th through December 25th, as long as you contact us before December 31st; we will honor all returns in the original unopened packaging (less the actual shipping amount). Now go ahead and splurge on your shred buddies knowing full well Solstice has got your back.
