- How Much Is Shipping?
- - Shipping rates are determined by price as well as parcel size and shipping destination. Below is a list of Standard shipping rates for the US, Canada, and International.
- - Oversized items such as snowboards and luggage bags incur higher shipping rates due to the size and weight of the parcel. This also applies to very large orders, in which case you may be contacted regarding additional shipping costs.
- * While we do our best, in some cases your country will impose a VAT.
- How Long Before I get My Stuff?
- - Depends on what you order, where it is shipping to, and the service selected. Most orders ship within 24 hours, orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. Below is a list of shipping options and their approximate delivery time:
- Standard Domestic
- - USPS First Class: arrives within 5 business days within the continental US.
- - USPS Priority: arrives within 5 business days within the continental US.
- - Fedex Ground: arrives within 6 business days within the continental US.
- Expediated Domestic
- - Fedex 2-Day: arrives in 2 business days.
- Standard International
- - USPS First Class International: arrives within 15 business days
- - USPS Priority Interntaional Mail: arrives within 10 business days.
- - Fedex International Economy: arrives within 5 business days.
- Expediated International
- - USPS Express Mail International: arrives in 3-5 business days.
- - Fedex International Priority: arrives within 3-5 business days.
- *International orders may be subject to Customs delays. These quotes are approximate and provided by the shipping companies. Delivery may take slightly longer than the quoted time frame, especially during the holiday season.
- Do We Ship to Dirkadirkastan?
- - Yes, we can ship all across the globe, though we do not ship to all countries. If your country is not available to select during checkout, then we do not ship to your specific country. If you believe your country should be included, please email us and we will do our best to accomodate you.
- - Shipping rates and size restrictions vary from country to country, so some larger items will only be available for shipment through Fedex International. Unfortunately, this makes for higher shipping rates.
- - Lib Tech, GNU, and Roxy products are not available for shipment outside the US. Other brands may also have limitation as well. If you have any questions, please email or call us to clarify.
- How Do I Return an Item?
- 1) Call Solstice at (541) 647-3795 or email at help@solsticesupply.com
- 2) A return authorization number will be issued.
- 3) You will be refunded for your original purchase (less shipping) when it is received by the warehouse.
- What happens if I received Free Shipping on an order, and I decide to return the item(s)within 7 days?
- - You'll be given a full refund, less a 10% Restocking Fee.
- What happens if I try to return an item after the 7 day return period?
- - Solstice does not accept returns after this 7 day period.
- Do you accept returns for International Orders?
- - We do NOT accept returns/exchanges for International orders. All International sales are FINAL.
- What is your Holiday Shopping Return Policy?
- - For all domestic orders placed between November 26th through December 25th, as long as you contact us before December 31st; we will honor all returns still in the original packaging (less the actual shipping amount).

- Can I Pretty Please Have some Free Stickers?
- - Many people often ask for free stickers. We want to give you as many stickers as you want, but unfortunately we have a limited stock.

- - All domestic orders come with Solsticesupply. If we have stickers in stock for the brands you are ordering, those will also be included.

- Do you Price Match?
- - We will beat any price anywhere including promotions, sale prices, and end of year promotions. Be it Dogfunk.com, Evo.com...you name it. Although we tend to believe that we are the low cost leader, sometimes our prices just aren’t as low as we thought. That said, if you find the same item that we are selling on our website for a lower price somewhere else on the web, eBay and One Deal at a Time websites not included, we will not only match the price but beat it. If you can provide a link to the item being sold or direct proof of the better deal, we will beat that price by 5%.
- The following criteria must be met for a price match to be honored:
- 1) Year of Manufacture, Make, and Model
- 2) Exact size and Colorway
- 3) Shipping cost and availability of shipping to your locale.
- When are you Getting this Years / Next Year’s Gear in?
- - We specialize in closeouts, so we receive our products a bit later than many retailers. We begin receiving the current year’s product line in the winter of that year, usually mid winter after the holidays.
- - Be advised we can randomly receive new products at any time as they become available. You may wish to keep checking back to be sure you don’t miss out on some choice merchandise.
- My Mom says I Shred the Best, Will you Sponsor Me?
- - We are stoked that you are passionate about snowboarding. Many young riders have dreams of sponsorship or becoming a pro at some point in their lives. Considering the caliber of riding these days, this is no easy task. If you send us some quality footy, we will be happy to post it on our Facebook page.
- Our friends at Airblaster have a blurb regarding the steps to sponsorship status that sums things up quite well, we have included it below:
- - The first level is local shop sponsorship
- - The second would be flow from a local sales representative
- - The third is riding as an am directly for the company
- - The final step is becoming a pro.
- This is not an exact science but it is close. The place to start is with a shop sponsorship that is local. Contact your local store and talk with them about sponsorship. This will help you learn the way the system works and what sponsorship is about. If becoming a sponsored rider is in your future then it will happen. Start at the beginning and it will work itself out from there with hard work and determination.
- - We would like to add that riding ability is not the only factor when a company considers a sponsorship. We currently sponsor 2 local riders, and on top of their immense talents, they are righteous dudes. Being a genuinely nice person is going to help you in the sponsorship department as well as other aspects of life.
- Do you have Product X or Size Y in stock, even though it is not shown on the website?
- - In theory, our inventory is accurately represented on the website. If you don’t see it online, then we don’t have it. We are not able to source products from the manufacturer either, considering we deal in closeouts and usually take all that is available to us.
- I selected International First Class Shipping and my tracking number is not updating, what gives?
- - If you tracking number begins with LN, your parcel shipped through the USPS First Class International service. This service comes with a delivery confirmation number, not an actual tracking number, so tracking updates can be sporadic. Sometimes the parcel will not track until it is delivered. If it's been over 15 business days, your order is most likely held up in Customs. Please let us know if you do not receive the parcel within 21 days of placing your order. We can assume that your parcel has been misplaced by the carrier after 28 days.
- I just received my order and live outside the US. Can I exchange or get a refund?
- - We do NOT accept returns/exchanges for International orders. Whether it be a sizing issue, delayed delivery, or you just don’t like the product; all international sales are FINAL.
- I really like this item but don’t have the money right now, will you hold it for me?
- - Sorry but we cannot hold products for purchase at a later date.
